My recent experience in prominent dental health care facility (Jinnah Dental Hospital MAZ AJK) was insanely disappointing, gentleman in treatment room#1 was unprofessional and extremely rude towards my presence along with my patients, though two ladies associates were so professional and understanding, they should must recognised for their 5 star 🌟 service. Lack of punctuality, inadequate communication and average hygiene practice is a serious concern towards Hospital reputation and people welfare.

If you are to compare what is available at private facilities then this place is much more equipped, however, staff there is just like a avg govt facility unless you know someone there

Very neat and clean , excellent environment, inside masjid and very cooperative staff , the best treatment

The dental hospital I visited for teeth cleaning not only failed to provide the expected service, but also added to my distress by giving me antibiotics and referring me to a doctor's clinic, which only operates in the evening, for further treatment. This level of incompetence and disregard for patient care is truly shameful.
